Shipping & Returns


With USPS or UPS, it is our experience that most packages shipped from our distribution center in Blue Bell, PA will reach practically any destination within the lower 48 states within 3 business days. Expedited mail services such as 2-Day and Overnight offer the benefit of guaranteed delivery. Please make sure to leave a day or two extra for unexpected delays. Ground shipments are usually received within 3 business days from the time an order is processed.

– Orders received by 3pm Eastern Time, M-F, will ship the same business day.
– Orders received after 3pm Eastern Time, M-F, will ship the next business day.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories will ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) and will arrive within 2-3 weeks. Allow an extra day if using the express delivery options described below.


– Express Orders received by noon Eastern Time, M-F, will ship by the next business day.
– Express Orders received after noon Eastern Time, M-F, will ship within 2 business days.


Once you place your order, an order confirmation will send to the email address you provided during checkout. Then this confirmation will include your Customer ID number, a sales receipt number, a list of items purchased and the shipping & payment methods.

In addition, an order tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been picked up at our warehouse by either the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. Simply go to USPS orUPS Tracking and enter your tracking number to track your package on its journey to you.

To begin processing a return, email us with your order number and indicate which item(s) you would like to return. Customers have 30 calendar days to return an item (from the date they first received it). The returned item must be in its original packaging. Once we receive your item, we will notify you via email and begin processing your refund. Refunds will be in the form of your original method of payment. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and as a result, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
